Our efficiencies are equipped with gas burner cook-tops, microwaves and all rooms have refrigerators.A ONE-THIRD DEPOSIT is Required to Confirm Reservations and Must Be Received Within 10 Days of Placement. A $25 Charge On All Returned Checks. BALANCE DUE ON ARRIVAL. Upon Check-in, Traveler Checks, Money Orders, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card will be accepted.
No Personal Checks Are Accepted at the Time of Check-in. All Rates are Subject to New Jersey State Sales and Local Taxes, this is a 14% Total Tax. A Three Week Notice on Cancellations is Needed for Refund Receipt. Cancellations Must Be In Writing. Refunds are Subject to a 35% Service Charge. Deposits are Not Transferable to Future Reservations. No Refund for Early Departures. NO MINOR MAY OCCUPY PREMISES UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT OF MAJORITY AGE. Rates are Subject to Change. ONE VEHICLE PER RESERVATION.
